Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

  • 14 days from delivery date (exceeds legal 7-day ECT cooling-off).
  • Defective, damaged, or not as described: Up to 6 months per Consumer Protection Act—contact us immediately with photos/proof.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in resaleable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on: personalized/custom items, hygiene products, opened food/supplements, or digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required.


How to Return

  • Email us at [hlonimok4@gmail.com] within the window with order number and reason.
  • We approve or decline within 1 business day.
  • Ship back via any reputable courier (The Courier Guy recommended). You pay all return shipping costs—no exceptions, even on free outbound shipping orders.
  • Local returns to our Bela Bela/Limpopo office: Drop off free at our collection point—message for address.


Refund Process

  • Faulty/defective: Full refund (including original shipping if charged) + we cover return shipping where law requires. Processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
  • Change of mind: Refund of item price minus 10% restocking fee (where legally permitted) + minus any promotional discounts. Original free shipping is not refunded (it was never charged). Store credit or exchange strongly preferred.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method. Gift cards/store credit: immediate.


Important Notes

  • We inspect every return. Items not meeting conditions may be refused or refunded at 50% value.
  • Delays or lost returns in transit are the customers responsibility.
  • This policy complies with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Legal rights (e.g., defective goods) always take priority.
