Return policy

Returns & Refunds
- 7-day return window from delivery date.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all brush heads included.
- We accept returns only if the product has a clear manufacturing fault (e.g. does not turn on). Normal wear, battery performance, or "not strong enough" are not covered — this is a budget cleaning tool, we hope you understand.
- Customer pays return shipping to our PO Box (or we can offer a partial refund without return to save you money).
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive the item. No refunds on used brush heads.
