Order Processing

• We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12pm SAST or on weekends ship the next business day. Cut-off for same-day dispatch: 11am SAST.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

• Free Shipping on all orders, no minimum. Delivered via The Courier Guy or equivalent (standard 5–14 business days).
• Longer shipping times to accommodate the relatively low product cost.

International Shipping

• Available to select countries only. Delivery 7–21 business days. You pay all duties, taxes, and customs charges (DDU terms). Rates shown at checkout. We do not offer free international shipping.

Tracking & Delivery

• Every order includes updates on delivery progress. Delays from couriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Returns & Undeliverables

• See our Returns Policy. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty. Unclaimed packages are returned to us – we charge the original shipping cost + restocking fee.
